Like what hair,shoes, jewelery, make-up etc.

I have an oval face and my hair is straight, brown, shoulder length w/o layers, and I want to keep it that length but I want it different! What hair styles/cuts do you think would look good? I have an ivory-golden skintone. I am not tall and but I am skinny. Is this a good dress for my bat mitzvah? Also, I need a shrug to go over it, what do you suggest? Thank you!

White lace high heels are best for this dress, but you can also do white grayish-white flats. As for hair, I recommend flirty curls or waves that are loose. Since the dress is the "dress up" type, you can do a nice drop necklace, try and keep it in the color family of white. For earrings, I recommend studs. And as for make-up, I say it could go either way, you can go natural, or play it up with any color except black since you have ivory toned skin. As for the shrug, go for something frilly, and girlie, not harsh and heavy. Hope that helped, good luck!!

Sandals will keep the look youthful, open toes will make it look old, and plain pumps are just too plain. DON'T wear a thick high heel - they make skinny girls look blocky and weird. For your hair, you can tie it in a high ponytail and curl strands with a thick barrel curling iron, then pin them around to hide the tie and look like a flower from behind. Leave some tendrils hanging. I prefer simple earrings and jewelry. Try a plain silver necklace or see if you can borrow pearl earrings from a female relative.
