your hair is pretty short so there isn't too much you can do, but try to get your hair razored into shorter layers to compliment your face.... personally i think this hairstyle would look good on you...

I think it will look good if you stack it in the back then grow out your bangs so they are a little longer then your stacked hair in the back.
