How can I get my hair styled like this?

I am a guy and I want to get the hair on the top of my head to sort of flip forward and slightly up. It's kind of hard for me to explain, but I just want to know if I have to cut my hair a certain way in order to get it to flow forward and sort of curl backwards at the ends. I'm sorry I can't describe it any better.

that old ricky martin look? lol... I used to have that myself- just get the bangs cut a little longer than the rest. you can achieve the perfect scoop with a little gel, hairspray, and a blowdryer set on low heat. practice makes perfect!

Try to find a picture in a magazine, cut it out and take it to a stylist. They have lots of magazines dealing with hairstyles and I'm sure you'll find a pix in one of those.
