depends on what kind of style your in to...generally go for a cut with layers in it...which will add volume to your hair...the black colour seems a bit harsh for you face so go for a chocolate brown colour or auburn with light brown highlights in it......or go for a bob...with a side bangs..fringe.....you suit short hair.

then follow the layers down to your chin!

a lot of layers would look adorable and that's how i would cut your hair!
