I have a problem with my nose it's large..and I would like to know if you think soft curls are a good way to soften my features....the length of my hair was long but I cut it a little lower than my jaw line. My hair is also naturally wavy. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

sounds like you picked a good length... and yes soft curls would be great.... get them cut to your mouth.... then, it will make your mouth the focal point.
as for the salt and pepper... have you thought about subtle highlights?
adding a few blond streaks can really disguise the gray and make it look more blond.... without making you look like your trying to be 25
I do that to my moms hair... she swore she would NEVER color her hair! she said it was too fake looking, but then I convinced her that highlights would work, and now she loves it!
It really brightens up your skin, and makes you look more radiant.
I bet it would work for you... it doesn't matter what your natural color is....just ask the stylist to give you a nice honey blond... it works on lust about everyone!

i don't like my nose either, and i'm only 19. i hope that by the time i'm 60, i'll have accepted my flaws, although i don't think this will be the case.
Soft curls will indeed soften features, if nothing more than the fact that they're beautiful and will draw attention to your hair.
don't spend too much time worrying about it. i spend 30 mins per day straightening my hair, and im trying to let it go naturally curly more often... i don't want to waste my life with a hair straightener in my hand!
best of luck, stay gorgeous!

At your age, and I mean that with the utmost respect, anything goes! It is your turn, your time. Do it whichever way makes you feel good. If you are not one to care about trends, then do whatever appeals to you. If you are into fashion and the latest styles, then embrace your salt %26amp; pepper hair in whatever style of the season you like, and suits your facial structure. Enjoy it!

My nose is big too. I have wavy hair, so most of the time I pull it back with hair clip. What falls out of it I use a straighter on. It is layered around my face.

Hey Jazzy Girl! I am 47, and have a strong nose too. I just got my hair cut to your length. I also have the little bit of wave in my hair. I have side bangs which take away from the nose. *a center part makes it more prominent* and have layers on the ends of my hair all around. Its very versatile as you can flip it up on the ends, just let it go wavy, or curl it under, depending on your mood. I really am enjoying it. I only got it done a week ago and am liking it more and more each day. If you want to see a photo of what I'm talking about, see below. Its very similar to that, just maybe a tiny bit longer. Good Luck!
