However: wash your hair, knead some volumne foam into it, then blow-dry with your head upside down on a low temperature. Before(!) you throw it back, generously spray volumne spray (Dove is great) over it, wait for a couple of seconds, then throw it back, shake, only style with your fingers, no combing.

Other possiblities if you楹搑e not as comfortable with your hair down: a simple ponytail, not styled sleek though - or a chignon, which is very French chic and very much coming up for the autumn/winter season anyway. :)

split your hair in two, as if you were going to put it in pony tails. Heat up your curling iron.

Do half of your hair at a time - But instead of pulling the curling iron to the end of your hair, just pull it to the end of the first layer. Curl, and hold each side for 20 seconds.

Just two easy curls, and then play with your hair a bit to get the hair to separate after being heated up.

It works for me, it's my favourite, and easiest hairstyle.

If the layers underneath are shorter than those on the outside then it looks fluffy and feels lighter. Also, get layers on the sides of your face and layered bangs, blow dry them up and away and then they will be fine the rest of the day. My hair stylist used har mousse last time I went in, and that seemed to help it be a bit bouncier. Have fun!

if you do, then I say brush some onto your head, but to the opposite side

then straighten your hair (in layers) but straighten it upwards, and when you get the last inch or two, kind of twist it

Go the other way with your cut. Instead of layers where the hair is shorter on top and longer on the bottom, go with a graduation where the hair on the bottom is shorter than the hair on the top. If you get a triangular graduation, the hair in back is shorter and gets longer as it comes around to the face. It's effortless and it's sexy and you will look HOT!!
